Cancellation
I will go over the steps in the design process with you and make sure we’re on the same page. If it doesn’t work out and you’re unhappy with the project, you can always cancel. These are the fees for the cancellation of any projects:
- cancellation during the rough stage 25% of the total on the quote
- cancellation after the artwork was already delivered 100% of the total on the quote.
If you cancel the project before the artwork was delivered, you can’t use any of the ideas or material I delivered.

Reuse fee
Work I made for you can be reused for a different purpose or on a bigger scale, after I've agreed on this. For the reuse of my work, a reuse fee of 25% of the original project price applies. This gives you the right to use the work for the purpose we discussed for the next two years.
Payment
All invoices should be paid within 30 days of the invoice date. 30 days after the invoice date, there will be an intrest of 1,25% and a collection fee of 12,5% per month added to the unpaid balance.
